A little about Gorham...

Gorham is a town in Cumberland County, Maine full of natural beauty and an active community. Gorham was first known as Narragansett Number 7, when it was one of the seven townships granted by the Massachusetts General Court to the soldiers who had fought in the Narragansett War of 1675. The town was incorporated as the town of Gorham in October of 1764. In 2013, Gorham was voted second best town in Maine after Hampden by a popular web-based financial company. Today, Gorham is a thriving community made up of more than 16,000 residents and it has still managed to maintain its quiet and comfortable village feel.

The town is home to numerous private and public areas and facilities available to Gorham residents for recreation.
